Who can apply?

Our Trade Programme is open to professionals purchasing or specifying products for interior projects. We may ask for information to verify your business or professional activity.

How is my trade tier calculated?

Your tier is based on qualifying purchases made during the previous rolling 12 months. Returns and refunds are deducted from qualifying spend.

How often is my tier reviewed?

We review trade accounts quarterly. If your spend moves you into a higher tier, the new pricing applies to future eligible purchases.

What happens if my annual spend changes?

If your spend falls below the threshold for your current tier, we'll give you a 90-day grace period before moving your account to the appropriate tier.

Can I use trade pricing on sale products?

Trade pricing cannot be combined with sale or promotional discounts. Where an eligible product is reduced below your trade price, you'll receive the lower available price.

Which purchases are excluded?

Outlet products, gift cards, samples, gifted or complimentary products, delivery and installation charges, and selected margin-protected products are excluded unless we agree otherwise.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes. Our team can help with upholstery fabric samples so you can confidently present options to your client.

What happens with made-to-order products?

Please check measurements, finishes, fabrics and configuration carefully before ordering. Made-to-order purchases are subject to the delivery, cancellation and returns terms shown on the relevant product page and within our Terms & Conditions.
