DPD Delivery Delays

We sincerely apologise for delays with some of your orders. Whilst we are working to the same time frame to get orders out, our logistics partners DPD are experiencing an overwhelming volume of parcels. So high is the demand, combined with poor weather and the overspill from the Royal Mail strikes that they have been forced to temporarily close a number of depots for 48hrs in order to clear the backlog. We are doing all we can to work with them in a systematic way to overcome the problem and get all parcels out and delivered by Christmas but sadly there are currently delays to the postcodes listed below. As soon as we have further information we will update this page and let you know but we thank you of your patience and again sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused.
